Wise Area Relief Mission - WARM

WARM stands as a beacon of hope and support for the residents of Wise, Montague, and Jack Counties. We are committed to combating the challenges of hunger and hardship.

Our focus extends beyond merely addressing immediate needs. We aim to empower our neighbors towards stability and self-sufficiency by enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.

Our work is made possible through the unwavering dedication of our staff, volunteers, and supporters, who embody the spirit of compassion and solidarity that defines WARM. Together we stand as a united force driven by the belief that by coming together as a community, we can create a solid future for every person and family.

Client-Choice Waste-Free

Food Pantry

(Wise, Montague and Jack County, TX residents)

Families shop for free food every 30 days. Pantry hours are every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 2pm and Wednesday 12pm - 6pm.

Please bring a current piece of mail (utility bill, lease agreement, or government letter) with your name and physical address on it. This can be paper form or on your phone.

There is an application for basic household information when you come the first time that will take about 10-15 minutes to fill out.

You will want to bring bags (plastic or reusable), cooler bag(s) and/or boxes to place your food in while shopping.

Utility Assistance

(electric, water, natural gas, or propane)

We help families struggling to afford utility bills due to an unexpected event or significant increase in their current bill.

Please fill out the form to have your case reviewed for Utility Assistance through WARM.

We are unable to help with deposits or fees of any kind.

If you DO NOT follow ALL instructions, read, and fill out every line completely - we WILL NOT be able to assist you.

If you DO NOT send a clear copy of the entire bill (not an account summary) and/or disconnect notice - we WILL NOT be able to assist you. Your file will be closed immediately.

We have an agreement with a local pharmacy where we are able to assist with emergency prescriptions (no pain medication).

Simple Dental Extraction

We have an agreement with a local dentist where we are able to assist with one simple dental extraction in a rolling 12-month period.
