Together we stand as a united force driven by the belief that by coming together as a community, we can create a solid future for every person and family.
Food Card Days
Services
Food Pantry
(Wise, Montague and Jack County residents)
Families are able to shop for free food every 30 days. Pantry hours are every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 2pm and Wednesday 12pm - 6pm.
Please bring a current piece of mail with your name and physical address on it. This can be paper form or on your phone.
You will fill out an application with basic household information when you come the first time. It will take about 10-15 minutes to fill out.
You may want to bring bags, cooler bag(s) and/or boxes to place your food in after shopping. We cannot guarantee we will have any available.
Utilities Assistance
(Wise County residents only)
We help families struggling to afford utility bills (electric, water, natural gas or propane), due to an unexpected event or significant increase in their current bill. We are unable to help with deposits or fees of any kind.
NEW POLICY FOR UTILITY ASSISTANCE (as of September 1, 2025)
We ONLY accept applications, through the link below, Tuesday and Thursday each week.
Please be aware that if you have a disconnect notice for this week, we cannot guarantee assistance. We also cannot guarantee assistance for the entire amount of the bill. You may want to check with other organizations or churches to help with the bill also.
We will be working on applications as quickly as possible, but we are unable to look at or assist with incomplete submissions. Please make sure EVERY blank is filled out. Please understand the application process starts when you submit the fully completed 5-page application, a clear copy of the entire actual bill (not an account summary) and a brief explanation of whatās going on to cause you to need help.
This process simply cannot occur in under 1 day. We are working as hard and fast as we can to complete as many applications and determine eligibility as possible. However, this will take some time. To make the best use of our time, additional emails and Facebook messages asking if the email submission was received only slows down the eligibility process for everyone.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Emergency Prescription & Emergency Simple Dental Extraction
(Wise County residents only)
We are able to assist with some prescriptions, no pain medication, through a local pharmacy.
We are able to assist with dental, one simple extraction in a rolling 12-month period, through a local dentist.
Please contact us through the link below for details to check on assistance.
